Organizational Development & Culture Analyst (Tamheer)

Description

Purpose: To monitor and design data system to create the blueprints and solutions for the future and ensure that the company policies, data, and information are securely stored and can

retrieve it when needed, identifying data priorities also to develop a platform that will provide us access to critical information.

 

 

Key Accountability Areas

 

:Data Architecture

Develop and implement key components as needed to create testing criteria in order to guarantee the fidelity and performance of data management architecture
Prepare accurate conceptual and logical data model designs are updated based on the refinement and changes to support scalability and agility
Design and implement semantic models, that views in optimal manner to support reporting needs
Develop mapping of data from source to target including the definition of transformation rules based on business requirements to support ETL
Oversee the feasibility analysis and provide detailed solutioning approach for any new data management platform.
Ensure to Model the data requirements based on business inputs and needs, in order to make the business rules into conceptual and logical data models.
Ensure new data solutions including master data and reference data architecture design, and the data classification is in alignment with overall data architecture design principles and guidelines.
Implement master and reference data related standards, policies and processes.
Manage and control the master and reference data sets in the MDM tool sets.
Support enterprise architecture team to ensure the designs for data related activities are adhered to Data Architecture guiding principles.

 

 

:Change Management

Ensure stakeholder readiness by providing training, workshops, customer and supplier communications and any support needed for all changes within their respective field
Ensure that the Divisions involved in the change initiative are prepared for all changes required to ensure sustained morale levels and minimal impact on the culture
Review all change issues and provide recommendations on proper initiatives in order to ensure creating a vibrant work environment

 

 

:Stakeholders’ Relations

Establish and maintain good working relationships with the key Stakeholders internally and externally
Act as the representative with local and international concerned stakeholders
